安科瑞三相導軌表在比利時光伏計量中的應用

摘要：隨著全球化石能源（石油，煤炭）越來越接近枯竭，污染日趨嚴重，氣候日益變暖等問題，全球多個國家和地區相繼出臺了法規政策，推動了光伏產業的發展。為了更好的分配光伏能源，廠家對發電量進行統一的計量，并根據使用量進行合理分配，使能源利用更合理。

In order to better distribute photovoltaic energy, the manufacturer measures the power generation uniformly and distributes it reasonably according to the amount used, so as to make the use of energy more reasonable.

1.項目概述  Project Overview

　　在比利時光伏項目中，每一個項目點會安裝一個光伏計量箱。客戶在計量箱內安裝安科瑞ADL400多功能三相電能表并通過RS485通訊方式與網關連接，上行以太網連接至服務器，將采集到的電參量信息實時反饋到管理平臺，配合用戶對光伏發電進行監測和管理。

　　In the Belgian PV project, a PV metering cabinet will be installed at each project site. The customer installs Acrel ADL400 three-phase energy meter in the metering cabinet, and connects with the gateway through RS485 communication mode, and connects the uplink Ethernet to the server. Feedback the collected information to the PV system in real time.

　　ADL400導軌式多功能電能表，是主要針對電力系統，工礦企業，公用設施的電能統計、管理需求而設計的一款智能儀表，產品具有精度高、體積小、安裝方便等優點。集成常見電力參數測量及電能計量及考核管理，提供上48月的各類電能數據統計。具有 2~31次分次諧波與總諧波含量檢測。帶有RS485通信接口，可選用 MODBUS-RTU協議。該電力儀表可廣泛應用于各種控制系統，SCADA系統和能源管理系統中。產品符合 IEC62053-21認證。

　　ADL400 is a smart meter designed for power supply system, industrial and mining enterprises and utilities to calculate the electricity consumption and manage the electric demand. It features the high precision, small size and simple installation. It integrates the measurement of all electrical parameters with the comprehensive electricity metering and management provides various data on previous 48 months, checks the 31st harmonic content and the total harmonic content, realizes the remote communication and the remote control with switching input and relay output and boasts the alarm output. It is fitted with RS485 communication port and adapted to MODBUS-RTU Protocol .ADL400 can be used in all kinds of control systems, SCADA systems and energy management systems. The meter meet the related technical requirements of electronic meter in the IEC62053-21standards.
